Matthew has >20 years' experience working in commercial real estate, facility management, and workplace services for large multi-nationals (Lehman Brothers, ANZ, Westpac, Origin Energy) and brings a wealth of international knowledge to the table. To date he has delivered FM & workplace operations solutions for >20 capital projects in the UK and Australia (>750K sq.m), and leasing initiatives in countries throughout EMEA. This includes premium commercial tenancies, and the development and implementation of new models to support and enhance Activity Based Working/Agile/Real Time Working environments in numerous headquarters. He is now a highly regarded expert in FM and "Workplaces of the Future".

Bruce has been in the industry for >30 years and has a comprehensive knowledge of facility management through his work at Telstra, where he was Building Services Manager for the organisation’s computer centres, ICI (Orica) where he lead the FM Team, and Burns Bridge where he managed large-scale capital projects. He established FM Essentials in 2003 and has provided an advisory role for a number of major PPP bid submissions, worked with all levels of government, and provided consulting services to a wide range of sectors. He is now a recognised authority and market leader in facility management, and an expert in the development and implementation of asset and maintenance management software.
